Sudami X-Ring Precision Reloading Equipment is looking for an individual who has knowledge and experience in Milling and Turning, tool making and CNC programming and who is proud of his/her work, efficient and who would be an asset to the company and long term working relationship.

The ideal candidate must be able to do and be effective in:

• Managing production and control over machines/staff.
• Milling and Turning, tool making and CNC programming.
• Quality control.
• Manual milling and turning. (setting and operating)
• Manual grinding of all aspects.
• CNC turning and milling (4 axes) programming and project setup on Hurco controls.
• Generate G code programs for CNC cutting (training will be provided)
• Knowledge of reloading components.
• Knowledge of Mastercam or similar drawing designing tooling in 2D and generate 3D renders for presentation purposes.
• Work unsupervised.

Qualifications and Experience
Matric certificate or equivalent higher qualification. N3 relevant qualification with at least 5 years relevant practical experience (millwright).

Remuneration
R15000p/m – R30000p/m depending on experience and qualification.

Commencement
As soon as possible.
